Six people. On purpose.
We limit sessions to six because that is the largest group we believe we can coach properly. Your coach has time to watch how you move, answer questions, and make adjustments.
Whether you are new to lifting or have years of experience, our women's focused Small Group Training provides expert coaching, personalized guidance, and progressive programming to help you keep getting stronger.

Strength training isn't about chasing a hard workout. It's about learning to move well, building confidence, and getting stronger over time. At Well&Studio, we've designed an experience that brings together expert coaching, thoughtful programming, and meaningful relationships.
We limit sessions to six because that is the largest group we believe we can coach properly. Your coach has time to watch how you move, answer questions, and make adjustments.
You will repeat important movements often enough to learn them, improve them, and become stronger. Each session builds on the work you have already done.
Training the same days each week helps you build relationships with your coach and fellow members, creating a welcoming community where you'll feel known and supported.
Our women's focused Small Group Training combines expert coaching, personalized guidance, and progressive programming in groups of no more than six.
Whether you are new to lifting or have years of experience, each session is designed to help you move well, build confidence, and get stronger over time. Your coach provides individualized instruction, adjusts exercises to your needs, and helps you understand what you are doing and why it belongs in your program.
No two members have the same goals, experience, or starting point. That's why every new member begins with a complimentary consultation.
We'll take the time to get to know you, explain our approach, and recommend the best way to begin. You may jump straight into a small group, join a group with members at a similar experience level, train alongside friends, or start with a couple personal training sessions to build confidence before joining a class.
Together, we'll create a clear plan so you can begin with confidence, knowing you're starting where you'll be most successful.
Consistency looks different for everyone. Whether you train with us once each week or combine your in studio sessions with workouts at home, every session is an investment in your strength and long term health.
Well&Studio members receive access to our monthly training program at home, giving you the flexibility to train more often when it works for your schedule.
Research shows* that two to four resistance training sessions each week can support meaningful improvements in strength, muscle mass, bone health, metabolic health, and physical function, but there is no perfect schedule. Our coaches will help you build a routine that feels realistic, sustainable, and right for you.
Foundation helps you build the habit. Momentum gives you the frequency to build strength and make more meaningful progress. Both memberships include expert coaching, thoughtfully designed programming, and access to your monthly home training program.

Foundation includes four sessions each month, ideally one each week. Momentum includes eight sessions each month, ideally two each week with one or two days between sessions.
Our programming follows monthly training cycles. Choosing the same days each week means you will practice the same core lifts throughout the month, making it easier to refine technique, progressively increase the challenge, and track your progress.
The group follows the same overall program, but exercises, weights, range of motion, and progressions are adjusted for each member.
The Member Punch Pass is available only to active Foundation and Momentum members. It includes four additional sessions that expire three months after purchase.
Foundation and Momentum members receive access to the same monthly strength program through our app. You can complete additional workouts at home using the equipment available to you, while continuing to follow the same training cycle as your in studio sessions.
